    \n
    \n
    \n6. On August 8, 1950
\nAct No. 14 of 1950 concerning the Establishment of areas within the District of West Java Province.
    \n
\nBased on the history of the series we found mangs titi right to set as the Day of the Valley is dated December 2, 1828, with the rationale and the following considerations:
    \n
\na.Tanggal December 2, 1828, based on the Statute No. 81 of 1828 is the starting point for the formation of 3 (three) districts in the former Sultanate of Banten and Lebak started to bear the name of the name of the district boundaries clearer as stated in the division of the area into District and Onderdistrict (Kewedanaan and District). Although there is a change of name and the realignment of the region District and Onderdistrict, Lebak district in the subsequent development as contained in the Statute number 226 in 1828, 381 in Government Gazette number 1925 and Act No. 14, 1950, is the district of the Valley as it is today .
    \n
\nPrior to the Statute number 81 in 1828, in addition to the name of the Valley has never been immortalized boundaries for the district in Banten because of the lack of clarity that can be used as the basis for setting.
    \n
\nb. Dated December 2, 1828 to coincide with the time of publication in Government Gazette number 81 tahun1828, does not serve as a basis for determining the Anniversary to two other districts, namely Serang and Pandeglang district.
    \n
\nThe efforts of the Government of Lebak regency, with the whole apparatus as well as the entire community support Lebak district through their representatives in Parliament, has managed to determine the Day of the Valley with the birth of the Council Decision No. 14 / 172.2 / D-II / SK / X / 1986, which decided to accept and agree that the Day of the Valley falls on December 2, 1828 along with the draft law.
